&nbsp;&nbsp;　　投资要点与关注:<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;　　人事变动影响不大:张华纲和赵汉忠高管的离职给公司管理层造成了短期震荡,新任总裁黄俊灿和上海公司总经理陈必安已赴任。我们认为高管的离职是正常现象,人事更替不会影响公司长期的发展。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;　　下半年业绩释放:金地上半年<a name="6"><a href="#7"><font color=#FF0000>销售</font></a></a>金额55亿、<a name="7"><a href="#8"><font color=#FF0000>销售</font></a></a>面积56万平米,同比有所下降。主要源于公司09年<a name="8"><a href="#9"><font color=#FF0000>销售</font></a></a>较好,库存下降明显,项目有所断档。预计下半年将新增<a name="9"><a href="#10"><font color=#FF0000>销售</font></a></a>面积200万平米,业绩将明显回升。我们预计公司10~12年在<a name="10"><a href="#11"><font color=#FF0000>房地产开发</font></a></a>项目分别结算157万平米、201万平米和279万平米。预计公司10~12年将分别实现结算收入162亿元、220亿元和298亿元,贡献EPS0.41元、0.59元和0.76元。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;　　未来业务线条:公司目前主要营收来自住宅地产,未来的发展战略是:住宅+商业地产+地产金融。公司计划到2015年地产金融收益占到<a name="11"><a href="#12"><font color=#FF0000>集团</font></a></a>总收益的20%。<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;　　根据公司的资产负债结构得出公司的WACC是7.52%,我们测算RNAV的结果显示,公司目前的RNAV为7.5元,截止至7月9日,公司股价6.52元,对比RNAV折价11%。<br>
